We warmly welcome Sangeet Reen, who has over two decades of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, GTM Digital Strategy, Cloud Operations, and Data & Artificial Intelligence within the XaaS sector. Sangeet approaches every decision with a customer-first perspective, thereby driving results that harmonize with their business goals.
Sangeet started her career at Accenture in management consulting and has played a variety of executive leadership roles at Varicent, IBM & Ceridian Dayforce. At IBM she was the sole recipient of the IBM Worldwide Manager Champion Award representing Canada and has been certified in Creative Leadership as well as Design Thinking. Prior to joining Brightmark, she held the position of Vice President of Professional Services at Ceridian Dayforce, where she led transformative initiatives that accelerated global revenue growth and optimized high-margin services working in lock step with business units and regions. Sangeet is known for building high-performance teams that significantly enhance revenue, customer value, and employee experience. Additionally, she is dedicated to nurturing high potentials into leadership roles, emphasizing a transformative approach that aligns with organizational goals and visions.
Her leadership, creativity to solve complex business problems and consulting acumen combined with her incredible energy make her the ideal addition to the Brightmark Leadership team.
Sangeet is replacing Nathan Yung, who will be relocating to Hong Kong, but who will remain as a Partner with Brightmark and in the role of Customer Engagement and Advisor to the leadership team.
