Julian Lau joins Brightmark as CEO and Managing Partner

We are excited to announce that Julian Lau has joined Brightmark to partner with Calvin Quek to fuel the company’s next stage of growth. Julian has been appointed CEO and Managing Director at Brightmark and Calvin Quek, will remain as an active Managing Partner in the company.

Both Julian and Calvin have deep experience in selling and implementing Salesforce solutions gained through decades of experience working with Salesforce. Most recently, Julian was at Salesforce for 12 years where he held global leadership roles successfully scaling teams across the Service Cloud and Professional Services Groups. The combination of Julian’s enterprise success with Calvin’s proven track record in building new consulting practices creates a powerful leadership team to further drive the company mission: to be the go-to Salesforce partner that helps customers achieve their most important business objectives.

Key Focus for Julian and Brightmark

In his new role as CEO, Julian will partner with Calvin to strategically drive the following growth pillars over the next year:

  • Boost Market Expansion in Canada: increase Brightmark’s footprint in Canada and continue to grow its customer base in the Financial Services and Non-profit sectors.
  • Drive Product Development and Focus: Capitalize on high-growth product areas in the Salesforce platform, particularly Data Cloud, and bolster the company’s Artificial Intelligence capabilities to deliver customer implementations with a significant AI component.
  • Expand Target Verticals: Deliver solutions to new industry verticals to expand the company’s go-to-market strategy.
