Founder & Managing Partner
Before Brightmark, Calvin co-founded another Salesforce consultancy (Shift CRM) that he helped grow to 40 people and $4M in revenue. He worked at both Salesforce and Pardot in sales, sales engineering and sales enablement.
Calvin is on a mission to guide businesses, nonprofits and people to achieve more success through the use of technology.
Julian Lau
CEO & Managing Partner
Julian has over 20 years of experience in leading and building teams that have transformed some of the world's most recognizable brands across various industries, including financial services, retail, healthcare, telco, media, and high tech. He was most recently at Salesforce where he spent 12 years in a variety of leadership roles including global roles in Professional Services, Product Success and Field Success teams.
Julian is a CRM and business transformation expert with deep knowledge on how to leverage Salesforce and other technologies to bring growth, innovation and efficiency to companies of all sizes. He has been a speaker at Dreamforce and other events to share his expertise on wide-ranging topics from business transformation to migrating from legacy to modern technology platforms.
Dominic Ionadi
VP, Financial Services
Dominic is a financial services veteran with experience spanning over 20 years in wealth and asset management, banking verticals, business analysis, operations, technology delivery and leadership roles, along with more than five years in Salesforce consulting and multiple Salesforce certifications.
He is passionate about using Salesforce to drive real business solutions and frequently presents at Salesforce and industry events.
Nathan Yung
Operations Consultant and Salesforce.com Solutions Architect

With over 17 years of experience as a consultant at major firms like Accenture, Nathan’s managed, built, and scaled large consulting teams. 10x Salesforce certified and a domain specialist. Certified in Data Architecture/Management and Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
